Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Find My Kosher collects and how it is used.

Information we collect

When you create an account or use community features, we may collect your name, email address, profile details, profile photo and the content you submit. The site also receives standard technical information needed to operate, secure and troubleshoot the service.

How information is used

We use information to provide accounts, favorites, profiles, reviews, community questions, classifieds, business claims, moderation and directory updates. Email addresses used for accounts or private contact fields are not displayed publicly unless a feature clearly says otherwise.

Public content

Profile information you choose to publish, reviews, questions, answers, approved photos and classifieds may be visible to other visitors. Classified contact details are shown only to signed-in members.

Retention

Unconfirmed directory accounts may be removed after four days. Classifieds expire after 30 days unless renewed. Other records may be retained while needed to operate the directory, handle moderation and maintain its integrity.

Your choices

You can edit available profile fields, control supported profile visibility settings and remove eligible content through your account. Contact us if you need help with your account or personal information.
